1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of the WowPlay website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and INR pricing accurate. Product availability, offers and prices may change. If a material pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

3. Personalization

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of names, scripts, recordings and other instructions submitted for personalization. You confirm that you own or are authorized to use any voice or audio you provide. We may decline a request that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive or outside the product's technical capabilities.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when WowPlay confirms it. Online payments are processed by the selected payment gateway. We do not request or store your card PIN, CVV or other payment-instrument credentials. Cash on Delivery, if offered for an order, remains subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Delivery

Personalized orders are prepared after customization details are confirmed. Delivery estimates are provided on the website and may vary because of courier service, location, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Because personalized products are customized for an individual customer, cancellation and return eligibility can differ from standard products. The detailed conditions and refund timelines are provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misuse our personalization service.

8. Intellectual property

WowPlay branding, website content, graphics and original product materials belong to WowPlay or their respective rights holders. Customer-provided recordings remain subject to the customer's rights; WowPlay receives only the permissions reasonably necessary to fulfil the requested order.

9. Customer support and disputes

For order concerns, contact us with your order ID. We will try to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Nothing in these terms removes rights available to consumers under applicable law.
