WowPlay is a consumer brand operated by MINDTINKERS INNOVATION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the WowPlay website, place an order, create an account, contact us or request personalization.

Delivery and billing details such as address, city, state and PIN code.
Order details, selected sounds, personalization requests and customer-support messages.
Files you voluntarily upload for personalization, such as voice samples or reference audio.

3. How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide personalization, communicate about orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse and improve the website. Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs are not stored by WowPlay; online payments are handled by the selected payment gateway.

4. Personalization audio

Audio submitted for a customization request is used only for fulfilling that request, support and related order processing. Customers should upload only recordings they own or have permission to use. We may retain order-related files for the period reasonably required to fulfil the order, handle disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We may share necessary information with payment processors, delivery partners, technology/service providers and customer-support channels when required to fulfil your order. We do not sell customer personal information.

6. Payments

When you choose online payment, you are redirected to or interact with a payment service provider. The provider processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. WowPlay receives transaction status and order-related payment information needed to reconcile your order.

7. Cookies and local storage

The current storefront may use browser storage for cart, account and demo order functionality. A production backend may use additional cookies or sessions for secure authentication and checkout.
